Meet the Team
Jared Spector
Managing Partner
Prior to becoming a litigator, Jared was a transactional attorney at a large commercial law firm in Miami, Florida, where he specialized in drafting and negotiating contracts. He then served as the Associate General Counsel at a large, national tele-health company headquartered in South Florida, where he drafted and negotiated company contracts, managed the company’s litigation matters and provided strategic business advice to the officers and directors. Because each insurance policy is a contract, Jared’s in-depth knowledge of contract law is an invaluable asset when determining the best approach to fight insurance companies.
In his free time, Jared enjoys watching sports (Go Gators!), playing basketball with friends and hiking through America’s national parks with his wife and two sons!

Karina Rios
Attorney
Karina Rios joined our firm in 2026, bringing with her 11 years of first party property experience. A double graduate from the University of Florida, Karina began her legal career in 2011 as an Assistant State Attorney in Tampa. In her four years at the State, Karina prosecuted thousands of cases- ranging from misdemeanors to violent felonies. Her time with the State gave her invaluable trial experience and also solidified her passion for representing the interests of people who are victims of the poor decisions of others.
In 2015, Karina returned to her hometown of Miami and worked at one of Florida’s largest first party property firms. Hurricane Irma struck Florida in 2017 and Karina helped the firm manage a sudden influx of thousands of cases by personally supervising a rapidly expanding pre-litigation department.
In 2021, Karina joined another first party property firm representing Plaintiffs and quickly became one of the most successful attorneys at the firm. During her 5 years at that firm, Karina consistently settled hundreds of claims per year and recovered millions for Florida homeowners.
Karina has a hard-earned reputation for hard work and dedication, but she is most proud of her reputation with judges and opposing counsel as someone who is fair and honest about the merits of her cases.
