Jared Spector
Jared is a founder and co-managing partner of Spector Rosenbaum, PLLC. Jared focuses his practice in the area of first party property litigation and is dedicated to representing homeowners in disputes against their insurance companies.
Jared grew up in Coral Springs, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida with both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Accounting. He then attended New York University’s School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.
Prior to becoming a litigator, Jared was a transactional attorney at a large commercial law firm in Miami, Florida, where he specialized in drafting and negotiating contracts. He then served as the Associate General Counsel at a large, national tele-health company headquartered in South Florida, where he drafted and negotiated company contracts, managed the company’s litigation matters and provided strategic business advice to the officers and directors. Because each insurance policy is a contract, Jared’s in-depth knowledge of contract law is an invaluable asset when determining the best approach to fight insurance companies.
In his free time, Jared enjoys watching sports (Go Gators!), playing basketball with friends and hiking through America’s national parks with his wife and one year old son!
Daniel Rosenbaum
Daniel is a founder and co-managing partner at Spector Rosenbaum, PLLC. His practice includes First-Party Property, Personal Injury and General Business Litigation.
Daniel was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida. Immediately after graduating from college, Daniel obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending law school and clerking at a statewide, full-service law firm, Daniel gained experience in areas of business disputes, accounting/legal malpractice, and insurance law. It was during this time he learned of the necessity and importance of quality legal representation.
Daniel began his legal career representing insurance companies against their insureds at all stages of litigation. This invaluable experience has provided him with unique knowledge and insight on how to litigate insurance matters. He now takes pride in representing insured clients in their pursuit for benefits in their wrongfully underpaid or denied insurance claims. Daniel prioritizes effective representation and forming a great working relationship with his clients, always keeping them informed and up to date as to the status of their pending litigation. Daniel explains the legal process in a simplified way and ensures that every decision during litigation is based upon sound legal advice and knowledge and the consideration of all relevant facts.
